To give you an idea of the scope of this Ward Manager role, if you were already working at the hospital over the last week, your duties would have included:
HR and budget management for the unit
Overseeing staff rotas ensuring adequate coverage and skillset
Monitoring patient care provision and being responsible for family liaison
Performing ongoing evaluation of CQC regulation and requirements within the unit
In addition to a basic salary up to £51,336 p/a, you will also receive:

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful Ward Manager will have an active NMC PIN - RGN, RMN or RNLD. You will relevant experience - preferably within acute cate - and your previous working history will need to demonstrate experience of leadership, management and multi-disciplinary team working.
