• Work within the existing team of full & part time advisors to learn the business and clients inside out
• Hit and exceed targets and quotas, phone, email and social media
• Take part in daily team meetings
• Looking at new ideas to improve a high performing team
• Using data and insights to rapidly see opportunities
• This role will suit flexible and passionate customer service advocates living in the area with the relevant experience in a customer service sector
