Job Description

This role will report directly to the Finance Director and form part of the companies management team. Responsibility to lead the Business Financial Accounting activities for the group. To deliver accurate and timely financial information and establish and maintain a robust control environment to ensure full auditability of financial data. To establish a culture of continuous improvement leading a team of 3 professionals responsible for delivering monthly financial accounts, annual statutory accounts and the management external audit activities for the Operating Unit.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Must be fully ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (Ideally practice trained) - Team management experience - essential - Experience in a Manufacturing environment - essential - Great communication skills - IT literate and fully conversant with all Microsoft office applications and MRP
