Responsibilities
Essentially ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis
- Supporting both MD & Operations Director with Diary Management
- Organising, producing presentations & reports for weekly / monthly Sales meeting
- Implementing & maintaining procedures/office administrative systems - working closely with our Systems Management Team
- Partnering with our Finance Manager producing weekly/monthly reports
- Partnering with our Marketing team producing marketing plans, managing social media, incentives & recruitment open days
- Partnering with HR to maintain office policies
- Overseeing the recruitment of new staff, training & induction
- Liaising with suppliers
- Organising Events & Travel
