Responsibilities

Essentially ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis

  • Supporting both MD & Operations Director with Diary Management
  • Organising, producing presentations & reports for weekly / monthly Sales meeting
  • Implementing & maintaining procedures/office administrative systems - working closely with our Systems Management Team
  • Partnering with our Finance Manager producing weekly/monthly reports
  • Partnering with our Marketing team producing marketing plans, managing social media, incentives & recruitment open days
  • Partnering with HR to maintain office policies
  • Overseeing the recruitment of new staff, training & induction
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Organising Events & Travel
