Duties include:
To assist the doctors and other clinicians in the provision of a high quality service.
Pro-actively participate in and manage the PCN team on a day-to-day basis to ensure the team in working efficiently. Ensure the smooth running the reception areas and PCN team. Seeking advice from the Operations & Contracts Manager and the HR Manager as necessary. Ensuring that any significant issues and escalated to the Operations & Contracts Manager as appropriate in a timely manner.
Opening & locking the reception area as required. Ensuring that procedures are followed by Patient Care Navigators regarding security.
