You will act as the project lead for their company vehicle benefit launch, and become the SME for this benefit globally, responding to employee queries, liaising with the provider, and producing communications to highlight this benefit and how to join to the wider firm. In addition, you will support the Benefits & Payroll Manager on the BAU Benefits Administration & wellbeing programmes, and the wider team on gender pay gap & MI reporting, the implementation of IR35 regulations, compensation planning and HR Project management support.
You will have experience working for a Financial Services or Professional Services organisation, or a similar environment, and have experience of working in an in-house Benefits role.
