Registered Manager Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the Operations Manager and the other Registered Manager to ensure the needs of the service are being met.
• CQC knowledge is impeccable
• Ensure Regulation and Compliance is achieved
• Work on the training of the staff and to ensure that health and safety is always achieved
• HR experience and recruitment
• Have a flexible and adaptable approach
• Maintaining high standards of environmental safety/quality and ensuring a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere
• Ensure staff are fully trained with all mandatory training

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Previous managerial experience in a similar environment Have a level 4/5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent. Qualified Nurse – RGN/RMN Understand CQC and regulations Have strong people and communication skills. Have strong IT skills including Microsoft office
