Reporting to the Managing Director and working as part of a team, as a New/Used Truck Sales Executive you will be required to sell 7.5 tonne to 44 tonne new and used trucks, finance, insurance, and various other associated add-on products and services across the South East Wales region with the aim of reaching and exceeding sales targets.
You will be required to keep customers informed of delivery progress and advice customers of any delays that may progress.
You will be required to resolve any queries which may arise and collect payment from customers before releasing any vehicles.
You must explain warranties, service arrangements, introduce the customer to the Aftersales Department where possible and demonstrate the features of the vehicle and offer any other support that may be required.
In order to be eligible for this role you must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Caerphilly and have strong recent or current experience in a similar truck sales/rental role.
Overall you will need to be a quick learner, have excellent customer service skills, a positive and helpful attitude, and the drive, energy and commitment to seek every sales opportunity.
