This exciting role involves working as part of the management team, alongside the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager with responsibility for ensuring the business functions across the Home run efficiently and effectively with particular emphasis on customer service, finance, recruitment and personnel.
An essential part of this role will require you to assist the Home Manager in ensuring that the home is compliant with external regulatory requirements as well as meeting all of our internal standards. You will be accountable for effective management of data with attention to detail being an essential element of this role.
