Job Description

The Technical Internal Sales Coordinator will be responsible for dealing with customer orders, quotes, pricing, queries and advising on a technical level where necessary.

Selling Industrial and MRO (Maintenance Repair Operations) Products whist delivering excellent service and building strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

This role comes with a salary of £25,000 and a company bonus (*based on company performance)

Please note, a background in tools, work wear, parts & consumables is essential for this role.

Must drive due to location.

The successful candidate will be working as part of a small energetic team based in Blackwood in South Wales. The role benefits from a competitive salary, performance bonus and an extra day annual leave for your birthday each year.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong experience in internal sales/ customer service for an industrial company - Essential. Experience with MRO (Maintenance Repair Operations) products - Essential. Highly proficient in Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Engineering/Technical background - Essential. Order Processing/Quote handling. Inbound/Outbound calls to customers.
