Job Description

Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing Management Accounts
• Detailed financial analysis on performance, reporting results to senior management and highlighting areas of interest
• Develop a detailed understanding of risk and controls and identifying areas for improvement
• Full responsibility for balance sheets
• Ad-hoc work and providing support to the Head of Financial Control and wider finance team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful candidate will: Be ACA or ACCA qualified Have strong technical knowledge Experience of working in audit and financial accounts - preferably in an accountancy practice Experience of insurance or financial services is advantageous but not essential Advanced spreadsheet and excel skills Good attention to detail and an analytical mindset Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate with senior stakeholders
