Job Description
  • Answering telephone, email and online enquiries in a professional and helpful manner by providing assistance to the customer, directing to the relevant member of staff or ensuring the customer’s message is passed on and responded to promptly.
  • Processing orders on multiple sales platforms, including the company website, Amazon, Ebay and ManoMano.
  • Monitoring stock inventory and liaising with warehouse staff and manufacturers regarding stock levels.
  • Raising purchase orders and overseeing stock delivery times.
  • Matching invoicing and delivery note paperwork to check details in line with requirements.
  • Processing customer returns (good stock and faulty stock).
  • Supporting the management team to analyze the current processes and procedures and implement any chances needed in line with business requirements.
  • Completing other tasks as requested by Management.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A commitment to providing the highest level of customer service. The ability to communicate effectively at all levels via telephone, email and in person. A good level of IT literacy, including good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel. An aptitude for picking up knowledge of systems and products quickly. Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills. Reliable and responsible with a ‘can-do’ attitude willing to lead by example. Flexible and willing to assist other team members to get a priority task done. Strong attention to detail and the ability to use initiative to overcome day to day issues. High standards of confidentiality and personal integrity.
