Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Candidates must possess a level 2 qualification in Customer Service (or equivalent) and have relevant experience of working in a fast-paced customer service environment. You should hold a level 2 qualification in English and math (GCSE or equivalent) be IT literate equivalent to level 2 with working knowledge of MS Excel.
