To improve the overall sales and profit performance of the branch
To manage and grow an internal sales team
Recruit, coach and lead a motivated work force
Establish, monitor and maintain high standards of customer service
Achieve agreed targets for sales and margin
Seek out and develop ways to grow sales and profit
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Sales office management experience or similar experience of driving sales. Experience of managing an internal sales team or managing staff within a branch environment. Experience in the construction industry or working in a trade environment. Focused and goal orientated and able to achieve sales objectives and high levels of customer satisfaction. Problem solving/ opportunity identification. Excellent communication skills. Drive and enthusiasm. Persistent with a can-do attitude. Adaptation. Flexibility.
