Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate New Business Opportunities: Fostering new relationships and networks within a diverse portfolio of clients, identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrate preparedness and credibility: You will be trained to use insight-led sales techniques to make impactful impressions on C-Level contacts.
  • Build C-Level Relationships: You will learn to paint a client-centric vision of value by effectively positioning our recommendations and capabilities in the client’s context.
  • Represent the Company: Represent and continually drive promotion of the SHL brand in the market. As thought leaders in the talent measurement space, we want to share our thought-provoking research with potential clients.
  • Manage the entire sales process: From generating initial conversations to ensuring your activity leads to business results.
  • Effective database management: Through internal and external sources such as Salesforce.com, social media, news reports/press releases, monthly and quarterly KPI metrics. Provide timely and accurate information to management.
  • Drive for results: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives.
  • Be a team player: Show up with a persistent, positive, dependable, and adaptable attitude.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Significant successful sales experience/business development, including proven experience in negotiations. Experience selling to senior HR Executives Experience selling in a consulting or B2B environment in HR Demonstrated ability to serve in a role with revenue responsibility and ability to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals. Ability to manage multiple commercial processes and overcome challenges to a positive commercial outcome. Strong business acumen, excellent verbal and written communication skills. Adaptability, creativity, and comfort working with ambiguity. Ability to build business relationships at varying levels of the business.
