FP&A Accountant, Birmingham

Up to £55K + Bonus + Benefits

Our client is working with a growing SME Birmingham business to recruit an FP&A Accountant. The role will work closely with the Finance Director and help influence and drive the strategic and commercial direction of the business. We are looking for a qualified accountant who thrives on using initiative, solving problems, identifying opportunities and has the energy and drive to make a real difference and add value.

The Opportunity

As FP&A Accountant you will be part of the team that ensures the business has budgets, financial forecasts and management information which are robust and fully understood by stakeholders and improve performance.

· Supporting the FD on all FP&A activities

· Review and presentation of KPIs and performance analysis

· MI production to support decision making and help shape strategy

Skills & Experience

· Qualified Accountant ACA, ACCA, ACMA

· At least 3 years’ experience of budgeting, financial analysis and business partnering

· Strong analysis skills

· Excellent attention to detail

· Strong systems and excel skills

· Strong communication skills
