What will I be doing as the Development Manager - ATM Solutions?
Manage the Development and Test Teams in its region.
Manage objectives from the management team and articulates to the team
Coordinate and prioritizes team assignments.
Recruit and on-boards developers and testers with HR support.
Coordinate and manages design, development and test activities within its team
Assess requirements & priorities to ensure delivery of the right product at the right time with the right quality
Provide input on project constraints and dependencies, establish project acceptance criteria and quality goals
Coordinate and communicate with other IT departments including PMO, stakeholders and customers
Maintain peak performance sessions that include metrics monitoring, coaching, and developmental goal progress.
Drive continual process improvement initiatives with the team.
Provide training to varied audiences.
Implement technical instructions to operations team.
Act as a liaison between support, operations, ATM Solutions, and Cardtronics' EFT.
Work as a primary stakeholder on development problems with Cardtronics' EFT.
Manage staff to diagnose and resolve technical issues associated with a range of ATM (Automated Teller Machines).
Create and distributes custom reporting to management.
Monitor and research ill performing ATM’s as part of continuous improvement initiatives directed by management.
Provide direct assistance for mass outages and communicates with other operational teams and upper management on plan of action to mitigate and repair issues.
Understand and communicate complex and technical information clearly and concisely, adjusting language and terminology to the needs of the customer (internal and external) in a professional manner
Complete individually assigned tasks by management.
Coach engineers and testers in the team

Manage the developers and testers in the team from technical and HR perspective
Travel as required to support onsite activities (max 10%)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science/Engineering and/or equivalent experience; 8+ years’ Fintech experience; Experience of managing Windows-based Desktop solutions; 6+ years’ experience in transaction processing platforms, especially Postilion; 5+ years’ experience in engineering management, defining technical expectations, system requirements and effort estimations for projects; 6+ years’ experience of ATM technology infrastructure: including ATM Terminal Software, NDC, 912, Load set Development, CEN/XFS, ATM Security, operation of ATM software platform management tools; Must be analytical, flexible, innovative, and self-motivated; Must be able to successfully pass all applicable background screening tests. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
