  • Answering the telephone.
  • Taking down messages in detail.
  • Booking appointments for clients at the surgery.
  • Booking visits to farm clients.
  • Dealing with office paperwork, including insurance claim forms, test reports, etc.
  • Greeting clients in person at the reception desk. (When Covid-19 restrictions lifted)
  • Dealing with stock deliveries, recording and ordering.
  • Preparing and sending invoices and statements. Etc...
  • Working within a team.
