Job Description
- Answering the telephone.
- Taking down messages in detail.
- Booking appointments for clients at the surgery.
- Booking visits to farm clients.
- Dealing with office paperwork, including insurance claim forms, test reports, etc.
- Greeting clients in person at the reception desk. (When Covid-19 restrictions lifted)
- Dealing with stock deliveries, recording and ordering.
- Preparing and sending invoices and statements. Etc...
- Working within a team.
