Job Description

The Governing Body is seeking to appoint a self-motivated person with excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Some out of hours work will be required for the clerking duties.

Conversational Welsh is required to accomplish this post. Support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
A Disclosure and Barring Service check will be requested for this post.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Provide receptionist support to the school – being the first contact / front line in receiving visitors, staff and pupils to the school. Provide support to the school’s administrative function. Provide pupil attendance support to the school. Provide clerking service for the Governing Body.
