The Operations Manager will:
- Have responsibility for Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery and People (SQCDP)
- Drive continuous improvement throughout the business, define the highest standards required
- Drive production within the business analysing ways to improve OTIF
- Performance manage your teams, ensuring that accountability and training are defined and understood. Ensuring development opportunities are identified with HR Dept
- Ensure that effective communication strategies are implemented and maintained throughout the business including appropriate senior-level meetings and employee relations discussions
- Any other adhoc duties as required
