Job Description

The Operations Manager will:
- Have responsibility for Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery and People (SQCDP)
- Drive continuous improvement throughout the business, define the highest standards required
- Drive production within the business analysing ways to improve OTIF
- Performance manage your teams, ensuring that accountability and training are defined and understood. Ensuring development opportunities are identified with HR Dept
- Ensure that effective communication strategies are implemented and maintained throughout the business including appropriate senior-level meetings and employee relations discussions
- Any other adhoc duties as required


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Degree qualified or qualification within engineering (HNC or HND) - Forward innovative thinking with the ability to think outside the box - Minimum of 5 years' experience within manufacturing & management - Good problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse data - Ability to deal with multiple schedules & demands - Prior knowledge of working with new technology & products - People management experience with the ability to influence others
