To provide administrative support for the Sales Team also help with research tasks
To manage sales quotations for the team and share technical data on request
To process sales orders in the CRM system
To provide excellent standards of customer service for the new and existing clients
To work closely with the Technical and the Sales Team to give them assistance on their projects
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Fluent in French (written and spoken) close to mother tongue standard. Fluency in English is essential (written and spoken). Previous experience in Customer Service / Order Processing / Sales Admin or Sales. Interest or experience within technical products is a bonus. Excellent telephone manners, patient and able to identify customer needs. Able to work independently and as part of a team. IT Literate and numerate. Car owner due to the company’s location.
