Job Description

Ensuring your team is delivering on its targeted 30-50 hires per month the successful candidate will also:

* Act as the lead on varied and interesting recruitment projects, including Recruitment Brand, ATS enhancement and Social Media strategies
* Manage, coach and mentor a dedicated team of 4 Recruiters
* Act as brand ambassador for the HR & Recruitment team across the business, ensuring this reflects, lives and breathes company Values
* Management of all recruitment channels, liaising with account managers regarding service requirements, PSL's, pricing and T's & C's
* End to end direct recruitment of senior, critical hires
* Responsible for the implementation of a new Recruitment brand

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Previous Internal Recruitment experience in a high volume, Contact Centre environment * Experience in creating, developing and implementing an effective Employer Brand * Previous management of a high performing team * Previous experience designing and developing end to end candidate assessment approaches for a variety of roles * Experience of stakeholder management from line managers up to director level
