As the Pre-Construction Manager you will assume a project lead role to manage a project through stages 1-3. Your key responsibilities will include:
Oversee the delivery of the project through stages 1-3 including cost planning, internal resourcing, and acting as the key interface with the development team throughout
Ownership of creating and implementing the programme
Ensuring an accurate cost-plan is drawn up and can be adhered to
Take a lead role in developing scope of works and appointment of consultants at Stage 3
Develop and improve external relationships with design consultants through effective communication
What's on Offer
The offer to the successful candidate will initially be an interim position offered on a 3-6 month basis at £350-£400/day.
There is clear potential for the role to be offered on a permanent basis.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
As a strong applicant for this Pre-Construction role you will: Have a relevant industry qualification (RIBA, ICE, CIOB) Show previous success in managing a residential-led project through pre-construction Be comfortable withdeveloping programme and cost-plans to deliver against KPIs Possess excellent communication skills with a proven ability to instruct and lead consultant teams
