Job Description

As the Technical Manager you will be responsible for managing the delivery of a flagship scheme in London that will boost not only your profile but our client's upon completion.

This role requires a Technical manager who is delivery focused, particularly when it comes to identifying risks and delivering effective solutions to ensure that the project is able to finish on time.

The ability to understand the complexity of residential development projects, rapidly understanding the financial and commercial context will also be key to your success in this role.
