The Key Responsibilities of the Business Development Leader are:

• Be our front line individual for developing new business
• Engaging with directors and owners of construction sector businesses of all scales including; architects, engineering consultants, project managers, off-site manufacturers and tech businesses
• Working with the marketing team to develop new ways of creating leads
• Support our marketing activities and ensure that our message reaches the largest possible audience
• Take a lead in our extensive programme of networking and business development activities

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful Business Development Leader will be: A new business sales candidate working within the construction industry Strong understanding of the construction industry and stakeholders within it Confident selling to c-suite Keen to work with a growing company with the possibility of the role growing into a management position.
