The Key Responsibilities of the Business Development Leader are:
Be our front line individual for developing new business
Engaging with directors and owners of construction sector businesses of all scales including; architects, engineering consultants, project managers, off-site manufacturers and tech businesses
Working with the marketing team to develop new ways of creating leads
Support our marketing activities and ensure that our message reaches the largest possible audience
Take a lead in our extensive programme of networking and business development activities
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful Business Development Leader will be: A new business sales candidate working within the construction industry Strong understanding of the construction industry and stakeholders within it Confident selling to c-suite Keen to work with a growing company with the possibility of the role growing into a management position.
