Carry out a detailed, end-to-end case review over the telephone and other methods of communication
Record accurate information regarding customers claim
Analyze a claim to establish if it satisfies conditions.
Organize and manage workload
Carry out required administration relating to the claim
Ensure every client claim is processed with as much information as possible i.e. thorough fact finding
Working Hours are Monday – Friday with variable shift patterns of;
9am – 5pm
10am - 7pm

Answer incoming customer inquiries
Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent communication via telephone and written form. Excellent listening skills. Proven track record in the field of insurance, preferably in a claims environment. The patience and ability to engage customers in a polite and friendly manner. The ability to question effectively to identify client needs. Good computer skills. Excellent telephone manner. Good numeracy and literacy skills. Excellent attention to detail and sound reporting skills.
