Answer incoming customer inquiries
Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies
Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognized and maintained
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will have at least 3 year’s experience in customer service, preferably in the home improvement sector. It is a very busy office, with constant incoming customer enquiries, so you must be able to work under pressure and be able to communicate clearly with customer queries. You must have experience in using a CRM system, and a great telephone manner to give the customer the best possible experience.
