Job Description

As an Electrician, the key responsibilities:

• Provide an install and maintenance service in commercial and domestic properties in within a patch in London
• Complete a range of electrical repairs and maintenance issues on a first time fix basis.
• Risk assess properties, conducting relevant testing, fault finding and remedial works.
• Ensure all works are carried out in a consistent manner and inline with Health and Safety procedures, whilst delivering excellent customer service.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful candidate: Certified qualifications including an NVQ Level 3 and a 17th or 18th Edition OR a 236 Part 1 and 2 and a 17th or 18th Edition. Experience in domestic or commercial electrical works. Excellent knowledge and experience in electrical fixed wire testing, installing and maintaining. Experience in working in a customer service focused environment Ability to manage your own workload and work with minimal supervision. Good working knowledge of Health and Safety guidelines.
