Job Description

The key responsibilities:

• Deliver high standards of multi-trade/plastering works in domestic properties.
• Carry out secondary trade activities within high quality standards for a first time fix.
• Provide a great customer service to residents
• Provide accurate working information on operational activities
• Risk assess properties and take appropriate Health and Safety measures to ensure personal and customer safety.
• Ensure that accurate records are kept of van stock so that stock levels are appropriately maintained
• Support the protection and safety of our customers by ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Have an NVQ Level 3 Qualification. Have experience in various multi-trade skills and be able to complete works on a first time fix basis. Experience in working in a customer service focused environment. Experience working in the Social Housing sector or domestic works. Have a clean UK driving Licence.
