Deliver high standards of multi-trade/plastering works in domestic properties.
Carry out secondary trade activities within high quality standards for a first time fix.
Provide a great customer service to residents
Provide accurate working information on operational activities
Risk assess properties and take appropriate Health and Safety measures to ensure personal and customer safety.
Ensure that accurate records are kept of van stock so that stock levels are appropriately maintained
Support the protection and safety of our customers by ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Have an NVQ Level 3 Qualification. Have experience in various multi-trade skills and be able to complete works on a first time fix basis. Experience in working in a customer service focused environment. Experience working in the Social Housing sector or domestic works. Have a clean UK driving Licence.
