Job Description

Despite the challenges of the past year, Helping Hands has continued to grow and remains an ambitious company. To support the next phase of our growth in 2021 we are now seeking a Cost & Travel Coordinator to join our career services team in our XXX region.

You will be a key part of this team ensuring that cost and travel arrangements are made in an efficient manner. You will also support the team with day to day query’s and administration.

Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate travel for careers to and from customer placements.
  • Manage and monitor the live-in service that will deliver an excellent customer experience and exceptional quality across the region.
  • Ensure customer and career quality and experience is in line with the HH strategy and achieve targeted NPS scores.
  • Understand and deliver objectives in line with the business plan
  • Ensure “Best Practice” is shared throughout the team to improve and exceed overall effectiveness, performance and service standards.
  • To support the Live-In Care Managers in the continual development of the HH brand and excellent service delivery to both customers and careers.
  • To work closely with key support office departments to ensure there is a clear and concise communication strategy that adds value to the department.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We are ideally looking for someone who is highly organized and able to work at a fast pace without compromising attention to detail. Previous experience in a customer service or coordinator role will be beneficial. At Helping Hands, we encourage our staff to bring ideas to the table of their own accord and not seek permission if they have a brilliant suggestion to try. For that reason, this role will also suit someone who can work off their own initiative. You will have the opportunity to make this role your own and develop the position into a fundamental part of our team.
