We have a great opportunity to join an established manufacturer in Cardiff to become an integral part of their customer support team.

Liaising with customers within the medical and retail field on a daily basis you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service both outbound and inbound dealing with a variety of queries. You will also be responsible for proactively contacting customers both current and lapsed to maintain and develop relationships

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this role will have come from an outbound customer service or telesales background. Preferably you will come from either manufacturing, call Centre or a similar customer focused office environment. The key requirement is that someone is motivated and with the desire to succeed and progress
