An exciting opportunity has opened up at Shell Blackcat in Glanconwy. We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Individual to join our retail team in a secure permanent position. You must be well motivated and dedicated to providing excellent levels of customer service.
You must be willing to be challenged, work hard and be committed to the role during your working hours. The position will require you to work in a demanding and fast paced environment which will necessitate you to work well under pressure.
The successful applicant will join a successful team of people who are striving to be the best within our field. The hours can be flexible and are set out on a fortnightly or monthly roster; the role is very much suitable to most people’s needs.
The role of the Customer Service Champion

• · Maintain a high level of customer service
• · Ensure you comply with strict Health and Safety regulations
• · Drive sales and loyalty scheme
• · Provide high level of cleanliness, POS compliance and stock availability throughout the store
• · Maintain busy Costa machine & hot sweet and savory food
• · Strong shift management and controls of monies
• · Follow strict security procedures on site
• · Deal with deliveries of stock, fuel and reps who visit site

To keep cashiers safe we have installed clear plastic barriers, we provide face guards, full PPE and hand sanitizer. We are also operating a strict 2 meter social distancing inside the store, as well as offering night pay hatch payment facility.
