Job Description

In this role you will be responsible to achieve both individual and team targets to maximize Health Club gym membership revenue.

Duties Include:

  • To achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
  • To achieve minimum daily activity targets
  • To process and maintain accurate membership records
  • Both face to face and telephone contact
  • To carry out show rounds of the Health Club facilities
  • To attend all promotional and outreach sales activities

We are able to offer:

Basic salary plus commission paid on a monthly basis

Additional pay:

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends

COVID-19 considerations:

Experience:

  • Gym : 1 year (Preferred)
  • Sales : 2 years (Preferred)
  • Health Club : 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

  • A-Level or equivalent (Preferred)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Related experience working within a leisure and/or sales environment. To be able to project a professional personal image. Experience of delivering a high level of customer service. To be well organized, methodical and have attention for detail. To be numerate, literate and have excellent verbal communication skills. Proven IT skills. Able to work a variety of shifts and hours, including occasional weekends. Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
