The Job

• Managing the end to end quality surveying for all the current and planned Yorkshire social housing estates.
• Managing the partnerships with the social housing providers
• Fully costings for all aspects of the house builds
• Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
• Oversee and mentor staff & subcontractors
• Liaise with Business owners
• Perform risk, value management and cost control
• Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required

Proven working experience in House Building
Project management and supervision skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
