Duties included in the EA and Office Manager Maternity Contract:
Extensive diary and inbox management
Preparing research and meeting packs
Organising international travel
Creating documents and presentations
Organising the monthly Board meeting including packs and agendas
Building relationships with stakeholders
Private support for the CEO including property management, banking etc.)
HR duties: assisting with contract, offer letters etc.)
Finance duties: assisting with invoicing
Office and facilities management

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ideally have 5/6 years' experience as a PA and be currently supporting at senior 1:1 level Have experience within a creative background, ideally property, interiors or architecture Be comfortable working at a very fast paced and be resilient Have strong Microsoft Office skills
