Review and improve training methods and onboarding processes for the Protection Consultants
Working with HR and recruiters to ensure the correct quality of staff are hired to grow the team
Liaise with the lead acquisition manager to ensure leads are of the right quality to result in a high conversion rate for the advisors.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience working within the Life Insurance / Protection Industry The ability to train and nurture junior managers to influence change A proven track record in managing sales teams within contact centres environments Evidence of the ability for excellent communication across all levels of an organisation Experience mentoring and coaching staff
