Job Description

Due to the increase in business, our client is looking for an additional member to join their busy office team. This specialist oven cleaning business has grown to cover most of Wales and South East, with plans to move into other geographical areas in the near future.

Experience:

  • data entry: 1 year (Required)
  • Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

  • A-Level or equivalent (Preferred)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will be based in the heart of Swansea City Centre, in their new offices. Flexible part-time working hours, between Monday to Friday, will suit most candidates and will be agreed at interview stage. The main responsibilities will be to deal with customer calls; booking appointments with both the customer and cleaning team; be the first point of contact for queries and to work closely with the manager to quickly resolve them; to provide administration support to the team, to process and maintain accurate records onto the in-house system and other ad hoc duties. The successful candidate will be hard working, professional, friendly and have ideally a customer service background. Good attention to detail, strong administrative skills will also be required together with excellent organizational skills and the ability to priorities workload.
