Job Description

Our client is looking to recruit a Client Service Team Member to join it’s growing office on a full time, permanent basis. The firm are a very well-established legal practice that pride itself on being forward thinking and ambitious.

• You will handle inbound / outbound client calls and be responsible for managing client relationships through strong communication
• You will be dealing with incoming and outgoing mail and communications
• Ensuring client satisfaction
• You’ll prepare documentation and keep data records up to date
• Establish effective, professional, and positive relationships with colleagues and clients
• You will be providing general support and other tasks, as and when required for the effective running of the department

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

• A-Level or equivalent (Preferred)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Must have experience working in a conveyancing team. Proficient in the use of IT and Microsoft Office; specifically Excel and Word. Organized and have a keen eye-for-detail. Well-spoken and self-motivated. Able to work as part of a team.
