Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities
- Receives and returns customer contact by telephone, email, or letter
- Delivers excellent customer service and attempts to exceed customer expectations
- Takes ownership and responsibility of customer's queries, providing "right first time" resolution to minimise repeat queries from customers.
- Ensuring all calls and actions taken on behalf of customers are compliant with all current legislation
- Places the customer at the heart of every decision, assessing their needs and taking appropriate action


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills - Ability to work on own initiative with both customers and colleagues - Good problem-solving skills and the ability to manage your time well - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and associated software - Excellent telephone manner - A positive 'can do' attitude - A passion for team work
