Job Description

Purpose of the Role:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be making our customers' lives easier and helping them to make the big decisions for their future. Handling a range of inbound calls, you'll play a pivotal role when it comes to supporting members.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling calls from members, delivering exceptional service on every call
  • Ensuring all queries are handled quickly and efficiently
  • Answering questions on a range of products and services, from online banking to overdrafts
  • Use an empathetic approach to handle member's queries and concerns
