Job Description

Key responsibilities for this call centre agent will be;

*Delivering excellent customer service on every call received

*Advising on a wide range of products to find the best solution for each client

*General administration and information sharing within the teams

Job Offer

This role is offering;

JANUARY 2021 START

*2 Weeks initial training will be provided and regular ongoing training

*Options for internal moves (down the line options will be open to move into Finance, Marketing, Sales, Management, Operational, Resource planning, HR, Training & Development and all other departments)

*Weekday working hours

*Entitlement to all company benefits such as employee discounts, health care, discounted travel and car parking

*Starting salary = £17000 KPI's based around customer experience NOT sales.

*Excellent location very easy to access from Liverpool, Southport, Formby, Wirral, Birkinhead and all surrounding areas


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The desired candidate for this role must match the following criteria; *Excellent customer service *Experience working in a contact centre based role and keen to develop their skills in a new business *Confident, helpful and personable character *Have a natural ability to build relationships over the phone
