You'll be taking calls from customers and handling a wide range of different queries, from processing orders to dealing with issues. You'll be providing customers with advice and updating their details on the system. Mostly it's about creating a positive experience and making sure customers' questions are answered or their problems resolved.
You'll be working 40 hours a week and need to be flexible to work between 7am and 10pm on a rota basis.
