You will be responsible for customer service duties, dealing with incoming enquires, liaising with the laboratory, issuing quotes, working towards agreed policies and SLAs, keeping customers fully up to date and informed, dealing with any customer queries, receiving and identify samples, issuing certifications, updating cards, liaising with suppliers, subcontract work, planning and working to completion dates in accordance with laboratory times, producing reports and updating audits and any other technical administration duties.
