We are looking for customer assistants to join our team to assist with providing a First-class service to our customers whilst ensuring their safety at all times.

You will often be one of the first and the last person our customers meet on their journey, therefore your role is vital in upholding the safety and service to all the rail operators' customers.

Responsibilities

  • Adecco Rail ticket checking staff will be asked to be on time and will be requesting customers present their tickets for checking. Those without tickets must be asked to go back and purchase tickets .

Staff will be expected to count numbers of passengers and record the following categories,

  • Number of passengers with tickets
  • Number of passengers who when asked did not buy tickets and boarded the train.
  • Number of passengers who went back and bought ticket.
