A bit about the role
You'll be the first point of contact for customers who need your help in resolving their queries, both over the phone and through email. The aim is to resolve all customer product and support issues within the first communication.
There is a great opportunity here to learn new things; understanding the technology used by customers and helping them self-serve as much as possible, creating a better customer experience and more efficiencies for the business.
