Job Description
  • Remotely diagnose and rectify fault
  • The ability to provide first line support to a range of customer
  • Experience of logging calls with resolver groups if unable to provide a fi
  • Strong communications skills via telephone
  • The ability to carry out remote technical vetting and fault finding
  • The technical to support service and engineers in identifying faults and customer queries.
  • The ability to converse with customers simplicity regarding technical IT knowledge
  • An understanding on a broad range of IT equipment
  • The ability to identify order and monitor IT parts required for the field service engineers
