Job Description
- Remotely diagnose and rectify fault
- The ability to provide first line support to a range of customer
- Experience of logging calls with resolver groups if unable to provide a fi
- Strong communications skills via telephone
- The ability to carry out remote technical vetting and fault finding
- The technical to support service and engineers in identifying faults and customer queries.
- The ability to converse with customers simplicity regarding technical IT knowledge
- An understanding on a broad range of IT equipment
- The ability to identify order and monitor IT parts required for the field service engineers
