Job Description
The practice requires a positive, friendly person with a "can do" attitude to join the team at our Bangor surgery .
The position is for 6 months to cover a sabbatical.

Our team wear PPE whilst at work. Screens are in place and at present clients are not entering the practice. Training will be given on our COVID protocols.
Experience:
Veterinary Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Job Duties:
Scheduling
Carrying out requests from management as needed
Maintaining stock and ordering supplies
Answering emails and sorting post
Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience of horses. Previous Customer Service Experience. Previous Veterinary Experience (Essential). Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks. Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative. Excellent attention to detail. Outstanding telephone manner, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be answering equine client calls and some companion animal calls.
