In this role, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting animals and their owners, potentially handling distressing situations calmly and appropriately. You will be scheduling appointments, handling telephone enquiries and processing payments.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We are looking for a part time receptionists to work 16 hours per week. This is a dynamic, demanding position where no two days are the same. The candidate must be friendly, be able to show empathy, be conscientiously accurate, and a good team player. Having the ability to build a rapport with our clients, their pets and with your colleagues is of the utmost importance. For an application to be competitive, you'll be able to demonstrate proven veterinary reception experience (or similar) and hold strong administration, organizational and customer service skills.
