Job Description
  • Reception – taking telephone calls, dealing with visitors, accepting deliveries
  • Assisting customers with various mobile telephony issues – bill queries, sim swaps, handset problems, mobile email queries, tariff advice, international queries and all other issues
  • Liaising with Mobile Networks on behalf of customers
  • Responsible for arranging courier collections and general post
  • Office administration – scanning, filing, stock control

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Receive contracts from Sales dept and check they're completed correctly. Enter deals on our database. Submit connection information to network. Once deal is signed, scan documentation and save in database. Update live connections with go-live date.
