An exciting position has become available for a full time Sales Administrator to join a friendly team based in Mold. The salary for this role will be negotiable Depending on Experience. The successful candidate will be joining a new company, set to launch in January.
Role Responsibilities
Liaising with European suppliers and import shippers
Arranging installation dates with customers and fitting teams
Handling phone calls and emails
Keeping CRM records up to date
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Customer service/telesales experience. Experienced in dealing with private customers, appreciates the importance of keeping people informed and building up relationships. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to work in busy environment. Friendly and helpful personality.
